16 days post-op, finally got my burger

Freakin pictures won’t load, Instagram for pictures of me attacking a burger wearing a full face of makeup!  Yes, I wore it all concealer, foundation, contour, blush, bronzer, shadow(soft cut crease), liner (smugded out blue tight-line with a little wing) and mascara…..then you know I had to have red lips 💋  for my first Saturday night date post op.

Boxi Park review time=

I was definitely feeling the vibe that the dj had going, as long as he stuck to the prerecorded music,  but we most likely won’t return. Or if we do, we definitely won’t arrive after 5.  After 5, it’s $5 a head to get in. The park was sooo crowded ,  it was probably close closeto 6 when we got there.  We walked around, I decided I was ready for a burger.  I  picked which food ‘stand’ (The Grill Next Door) Dom ordered, “The lady will have a double baccon with pickels…..” While we were waiting, (me sitting in my chair, Dom standing) we were trying to figure out where the stage was. It wasn’t easily accesible, none of the park is. So I suggested we eat, then we headed home, and stop for ice-cream on the way,  I couldn’t see anything but booties moving to the music and I didn’t want to have to use another public restroom, especially if I have a brown situation.  Diarrhea is common when you eat fatty foods when you don’t have a gallbladder.

Two weeks was enough time for my stomach to heal and realign.  I was able to digest a double cheese burger, a few fries, AND a medium Blizzard from Dairy Queen with no diarrhea.

Y’all won’t believe this, but food that could have caused diarrhea caused consapation. I didn’t go Sunday. It didn’t help that Sunday was our errands day. To make it work, I don’t drink much water while out and about

Blue Spring Cookies (indica 25.66%)  will relax a spastic bladder that has shit pressing it, (this can cause increased urgency). *back story * I have an overactive bladder with Interstitial cystiti, they cause me to have urgency incontinence: this means if I have to pee, I have to get to a toilet. A spasms on a full bladder…  💦.

If I’m medicated (a few hits every few hours), I can sip water and chill comfortably.  Basically, once i start smoking, I stay high all day. That was today, Thursday, 3 weeks post-op this sure is taking me long.

Yea, I’m back to smoking on the weekends and end of day during the week.  I can get through a good portion of our trip/night without any incidents if I’m medicated.

I’ve also started tracking my fertility with Keg. It’s a keagle ball that reads your cervical mucus to predict when you’re fertile.  We’ve been instructed to avoid pregnancy for two months post-op.  I’m giving myself 6 months to conceive before I ‘make myself ovulate’ using Letrozole.

*13 months before having my gallbladder removed, I stopped using hormonal birth control. Dom stopped using condoms and started pulling out 15 months before surgery (after we got engaged), we started trying to convince 7 months (honeymoon) before surgery. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). My cycle is extremely irregular, and I’m most likely not ovulating. I’m 35, disabiled from a traumatic brain injury (TBI), so I’ll definitely need Ma’s support, my eggs are getting old, Ma is older……… it’s time.
